REMINDER: Town Hall - THIS WEDNESDAY - Feb 11

Posted Date: 02/09/26 (08:44 AM)

Moses Lake families,

Just a reminder that each month, Moses Lake School District hosts a Community Conversations town hall to provide space for families and community members to connect directly with district leadership, ask questions, and hear updates on district work.

Our next Community Conversations town hall will take place:
Wednesday, February 11
6:00–7:00 p.m.
Virtual via Zoom: https://mlsd161-org.zoom.us/j/92976388609

Community members are encouraged to submit questions in advance. Submitted questions help guide the conversation and allow us to address the topics and issues most important to our community.

What to Expect During the Town Hall

To support an open, respectful, and engaging conversation, we ask participants to keep the following guidelines in mind:
  • Cameras On: We respectfully request that participants turn their cameras on during the meeting. Seeing one another helps foster a more open and connected conversation.
  • Participation: Questions and comments may be shared by using the Zoom chat or by clicking the “Raise Hand” feature. District staff will help facilitate the discussion.
  • No Recording: To encourage open dialogue, recording of the town hall is not permitted.
  • Civility & Respect: All participants are expected to engage respectfully. Disruptive, inappropriate, or uncivil behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Meeting Moderation: The district reserves the right to remove participants who violate these expectations to ensure a safe and productive environment for all.
We look forward to the conversation and appreciate our community’s continued partnership and engagement.

Thank you,
Moses Lake School District
